How we can help
You don’t need to know which service you need. Start with what you need help with.

Volunteer drivers can help people get to medical appointments when public transport is difficult.Help with shopping
Our shopping service helps people get to local supermarkets and bring shopping home.Help with small gardening jobs
We may be able to help with simple gardening tasks for people who cannot manage them themselves.Local groups and activities
Join local sessions at the centre, including lunch club, exercise, music, craft and social groups.Finding other local support
We can help point you towards other services, groups and organisations in the area.
How to ask for help
The best way to ask for help is to call us on 01663 744196.
When you call, we’ll ask a few simple questions about what you need, where you live, and what kind of support would help. If we can help directly, we’ll explain what happens next. If another local service is a better fit, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
Who we support
We mainly support older people, disabled people, people with mobility needs, and people who may feel isolated or need a bit of practical help.
Family members, carers, neighbours and local professionals can also contact us on someone’s behalf.
Not sure whether we can help? Please call us. We’d rather you ask.
