Chair Based Exercise
Gentle exercise to help you stay active, mobile and connected
Chair Based Exercise is a friendly weekly class for people who want to keep moving in a safe, manageable way.
The exercises are done seated or using a chair for support, so you can join in at your own pace. The sessions are designed to help with strength, balance, mobility and confidence, with time to chat and enjoy being part of the group.
There are three sessions every Tuesday, and the class is also available on Zoom.
When: Every Tuesday
Session times:
10.00am to 10.45am
11.00am to 11.40am
11.45am to 12.30pm
Where: New Mills Volunteer Centre, 33–35 Union Road, New Mills, SK22 3EL
