Summer Walk – Macclesfield Forest

Our walk leaders are back with a Macclesfield Forest walk, a coniferous woodland nature trail and walk to the nature reserve and large heronry at Trentabank reservoir, the bluebells are usually prolific this time of year.

Times (All timings are approximate, depending on the walk route and location):
10:00 – pick up at NMVC
10:30 – 12:30 – walk
12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at community or suitable outdoor space
13:30 – transport back to NMVC

Registration:
To join the walks, you must sign up in advance, using the registration form and book a space on each individual walk.

What to bring:
Be prepared for the weather and terrain – suitable footwear, waterproofs or sunhats and sunscreen or both!
Drink for the walk and a packed lunch.
Any medication, like inhalers, that you might need on the walk
