We’ve a new monthly session starting on Tuesday 29th October at 1:00pm
Laughter Yoga!
Laughter Yoga combines laughing exercises and yoga breathing techniques to give you a great workout that is fantastic at relieving stress, improving wellbeing, improving cardio fitness and regulating breathing.
