Applications are invited for the post of NMVC Office Administrator

Permanent position

SALARY: £24336 p.a. pro rata. Actual Salary £10383 p.a.

Hours of work 16 per week over 3days,

but needs to be flexible.

Main responsibilities

Office Administration.

  • Financial- including bookkeeping (Quickbooks), petty cash, banking and assisting the Treasurer.
  • Staff Records.
  • Secretary to the Board.
  • Organising reception cover.
  • Health & Safety checks.
  • Room hire.
  • Assist with and oversee Centre activities as necessary.

Closing Date 4.00pm Friday 14 October.

Interviews Week commencing 24 October.
